Valentina, a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist with a Master of Speech Pathology from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). I provide individual and group-based therapy to children and young people aged 0–19 across a range of developmental and communication needs.
My areas of interest include:
- Pre-verbal and early communication skills
- Speech sound disorders
- Receptive and expressive language delays
- Literacy intervention
- School readiness and learning support
- Social communication and peer interaction skills
- AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) for children with limited or emerging verbal language
- Support for children with mild to moderate presentations, including ASD, ADHD, DLD, and intellectual disability.
I have experience administering a range of screening tools and formal assessments to guide therapy planning.
In addition to individual sessions, I have also led therapy group programs for both children and adults. I’ve supported social skills groups for adolescents and young adults, focusing on topics such as conversation skills, perspective-taking, and functional communication in everyday environments.
I’m passionate about creating inclusive, engaging, and evidence-based therapy that supports each individual to communicate with confidence. I believe in working.
