As we age, our bodies change and we may start to experience different types of physical problems. This is where aged care physiotherapy with our MOVE360 practitioners can help. Aged care physiotherapy is designed to assess, diagnose and treat physical problems that are common in older adults. This can include problems with mobility, balance, strength and coordination. Aged care physiotherapists use a variety of techniques to help older adults maximize their physical function and independence. These techniques may include exercises, massage, electrical stimulation and hydrotherapy. Aged care physiotherapy can help to improve quality of life and reduce the risk of falls and other injuries
