About Neurological Treatment
Neurological physiotherapy is a branch of physiotherapy that specifically deals with patients who have neurodegenerative disorders. These disorders can include anything from Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease to multiple sclerosis and cerebral palsy or stroke. Neurological physiotherapy helps patients by working to improve their mobility and function. This can be done through a variety of exercises and therapies, all of which are tailored to the individual patient’s needs. In addition, neurological physiotherapy also helps to educate patients and their families on how to best manage their condition. As a result, neurological physiotherapy plays an important role in the lives of those with neurodegenerative disorders.
